Mathematical Analysis of the Bose Polaron

ANR MaBoP (ANR-23-CE40-0025)

The research project MaBoP is a Franco-German project in mathematical physics, supported by the ANR and DFG funding agencies. It is focused on the interaction of many-boson systems with impurity particles.

November 2025: Our article Validity of the Fröhlich model for a mobile impurity in a Bose-Einstein condensate has appeared in Physical Review A
July 2025: Our article The excitation spectrum of a dilute Bose gas with an impurity has appeared in the Archive for Rational Mechanics and Analysis
July 2025: Siegfried Spruck defended his PhD thesis "Derivation of the Effective Dynamics for the Bose Polaron"
May 2025: New preprint on Dynamics and equilibrium states of infinite systems of lattice bosons by Andreas Deuchrt, Jonas Lampart and Marius Lemm
Febuary 2025: New preprint on Ultraviolet Renormalization of Spin Boson Models I. Normal and 2-Nilpotent Interactions by Benjamin Hinrichs, Jonas Lampart and Javier Valentín Martin.
